CORE / BACKEND

Ultra-High-Speed Equipment Communication and Precision Control via Asynchronous Processing

We apply powerful asynchronous processing techniques to control Modbus, TCP/IP, and high-speed UDP communication without delay. Through a self-designed, high-performance memory buffer architecture, we receive and structure the large-scale raw data — hundreds of megabytes per second — pouring in from multi-channel detectors or sensors in real time, without network bottlenecks or data loss.

LabVIEW / INSTRUMENT

LabVIEW-Based Instrument Control and Test Automation System

Built on the NI LabVIEW platform, we integrate and control a wide range of measurement equipment — GPIB, VISA, DAQ boards, and more — within a single virtual instrumentation environment. We build test sequences that fully automate repetitive inspection and measurement processes, simultaneously improving measurement data accuracy and production inspection throughput.

MES & TRACKING

Barcode-Based Precision Lot Tracking and Smart Process Management

We build custom barcode issuance and scanning systems that integrate seamlessly with MES. We precisely track (traceability) every lot across the entire process — from raw material receipt through processing to final shipment — and maximize on-site transparency and production yield with a systematic assembly management software that provides real-time inventory management and prevents mis-assembly at the source.

FRONTEND / UI

Real-Time Dashboard Built on Hardware Acceleration and a Modular Architecture

Using hardware-accelerated rendering, we deliver a seamless, high-resolution UI even when tens of thousands of data points are updating simultaneously. We also apply a design pattern that fully separates the UI from business logic, ensuring extreme stability and excellent maintainability even in complex industrial applications.

DATABASE

High-Integrity, High-Volume Data Logging on a High-Performance RDBMS

We rapidly load not only per-second equipment parameters and alarms, but also process and inventory history collected via barcode, into an enterprise-grade relational database (RDBMS). Through index optimization and time-series data processing design, we securely store large volumes of data and provide a robust data pipeline for future defect root-cause analysis and predictive maintenance.

EXPANSION

System Expansion via Standard Web APIs and Real-Time Streaming

Going beyond a single desktop or local environment, we exchange data flexibly with upper-level systems such as ERP through standard web API interfaces. Applying real-time bidirectional communication technology, we build environments in which equipment operating status and inventory/assembly status can be monitored in an integrated view, without delay, even from a remote web browser.
