Container Inspection System Maintenance
24-hour, reliable O&M services on the front line of national logistics security
Integrated Maintenance (O&M) for Container X-ray Inspection Systems

We support the stable operation of customs container inspection systems to facilitate rapid clearance and prevent the smuggling of firearms, explosives, narcotics, and other hazardous items at the source.
Through systematic preventive inspections and rapid fault-recovery processes, we hold the front line of national logistics security.
Core Maintenance Services
1. Systematic, Staged Preventive Inspections
We perform rigorous, frequent scheduled inspections to preemptively eliminate causes of failure, so the inspection system consistently maintains optimal performance. All maintenance work is carried out safely, following the establishment of thorough safety and health management measures.
- Daily/weekly inspections: Normal operating status checks and basic functional tests of the scanner
- Monthly/quarterly inspections: Precision inspection and disassembly inspection of key subsystems
- Semi-annual/annual inspections: Comprehensive system performance testing and precision measurement based on international (ANSI) standards
2. Precision Performance Evaluation Based on International (ANSI) Standards
During the annual inspection, we conduct rigorous performance tests under ANSI standards to guarantee the reading reliability of the system.
- Penetration and wire-resolution testing
- Material discrimination testing: Verification of organic/inorganic material separation capability using acrylic, aluminum, iron, lead, and other test specimens
3. Dual-Tier Expert Staffing and Rapid Response
To minimize downtime in the event of a fault, we operate an organic emergency response system combining on-site resident staff and specialist personnel from our research institute.
(Dedicated personnel are trained experts holding radiation worker certification and at least a junior engineer grade or higher.)
- On-site resident staff (first response): Immediate on-site action for faults in the radiation source, transport carriage, detectors, and more, plus support for customs operations (such as driver coordination)
- Off-site specialist personnel (second-tier escalation): When first-response action is insufficient, hardware and software specialists from our Daejeon corporate R&D center are rapidly dispatched for in-depth recovery and repair
